Achenbach is pleased to announce that they have recently received an order to supply a new Achenbach OPTIFOIL® JumboSlit® winder from Ispak Ambalaj in Turkey. The decision for this purchase was made by Ispak Ambalaj, a subsidiary of the renowned Kibar Group with over 50 years of experience in flexible packaging, to further expand their existing capabilities in converting specialty coated film products. The new machine will be used in a new hall at the Izmit production site, with production scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2025.
The Achenbach JumboSlit® is characterized by its tailor-made machine concept and impresses in particular with its first-class cutting and winding quality at the highest machine speeds. In addition, the machine is equipped with an Achenbach UniLub Oil Application Unit, which ensures precise and even oil application for a downstream deep-drawing process.
In addition to the innovative technology and technical expertise, the long-standing partnership between Achenbach and its sister company Assan Alüminyum played a key role in ISPAK's decision.
