Once again this year, we kicked off the training period at Achenbach with our induction weeks. Our new apprentices and dual-study students received important information, took part in various workshops and training sessions, and had the chance to get to know each other better through group activities. 🙌
The programme included, amongst other things:
👋 Introductions to get to know one another
🍏 Health and fitness: during a visit to the VIACTIV health insurance provider, the focus was on Life Kinetik, a fitness test and nutrition
💬 Workshops on etiquette and digital communication
🏗️ A two-day crane training course
🤝 A trainee rally, organised by the Youth and Trainee Representative Committee (JAV)
🔥 A barbecue, planned and organised entirely by the trainees themselves
Our young professionals have now also started their vocational school term. We wish you every success and look forward to the rest of our training programme together! 🚀
