Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of Japanese guests from our valued customer UACJ Foil Corporation (Isesaki), together with Sumitomo Deutschland Düsseldorf and Sumitomo Shoji Machinex Co., Ltd. (Tokyo), to Achenbach. Their visit focused on intensive technical training in preparation for the on-site assembly and commissioning of a new foil rolling mill for battery foil production.
The training covered key topics such as mechanics, hydraulics/pneumatics, media systems, and our Achenbach OPTIROLL® Automation System. In addition, the participants completed advanced training in automation and control technology at our electrical supplier.
For many of our guests, it was their first visit to Achenbach and even to Europe, making their enthusiasm, commitment, and motivation throughout the training especially impressive.
