We are very pleased to have successfully completed the final acceptance for an Achenbach OPTIFOIL® Heavy Gauge Slitter at our customer Mitsubishi Materials Corporation this week. After the shipment was delayed by more than 2 years due to visa stops caused by corona, the installation of the plant was able to start at the end of June 2022. Due to the successful commissioning, the project could now be completed with the final acceptance of the customer. We are proud to have set a new reference for our Achenbach OPTIFOIL® Machines in Japan with this HeavySlit Machine, which is based on the latest technological findings such as the patented SCRS single contact roller system.
