Just recently, we received an order for the delivery of an Achenbach SMART Plant from our new customer Saray Döküm ve Madeni Aksam San.Turizm A.Ş. in Turkey. The project, which is to be built on a green field site, includes two Achenbach OPTIMILL® Foil Rolling Mills, matched by an Achenbach AIRPURE® System, an Achenbach OPTIFOIL SepaSlit® as well as an Achenbach HeavySlit® with integrated UniLub Oil Application System.
The foil rolling mills will be the first ones worldwide equipped with our new Achenbach UniTorque Direct Drive Technology. In addition, one mill will be equipped with the innovative Achenbach UniHeat Advanced Hot Edge System for inductive strip edge heating. Besides, an Achenbach SUPERSTACK® II Filtration System will be installed for rolling oil cleaning. The Achenbach OPTILINK® system for process data analysis completes the package. The new SMART Plant will be constructed to allow an additional foil rolling mill and further separator to be installed in a further expansion step.
