Fresh ideas, bright minds and plenty of hands-on experience: as part of the Talent Factory programme, we recently had the pleasure of welcoming a motivated group of students from the University of Siegen to our premises. 👨🏽🎓⚙️
In two interactive workshops, we got straight down to business: together, we developed innovative solutions for knowledge management and engineering & development – from a thorough analysis of the current situation and the smart use of modern technologies to concrete measures offering real added value for Achenbach. 💡
Of course, a look behind the scenes was a must: during the factory tour along our entire value chain, there were fascinating insights into our processes, technologies and daily challenges. 🏭
The perfect finale was an evening together at Campus Buschhütten – alongside our partner companies. In a relaxed atmosphere, valuable conversations took place, new perspectives emerged and perhaps even the ideas of tomorrow were born.😊
