Our customer AL INVEST Břidličná a.s. in the Czech Republic has currently ordered a new Achenbach OPTIMILL® Foil Rolling Mill, which equipped with numerous innovative technological features is top class in the foil rolling sector. Particularly noteworthy are the special key components for optimum foil quality. These include an Achenbach UniSpray® Coolant Distribution System that together with the Achenbach OPTIROLL® i3 Automation System allows high-precision strip flatness control guaranteeing narrowest tolerances even at maximum speed. The brand-new Achenbach UniHeat Advanced Hot Edge System will ensure optimum strip flatness at the edges.
The highly efficient Achenbach UniDry® Strip Blow-off System together with a Doctor Blade System guarantees an evenly dry surface, the hydropneumatic Achenbach UniRon Ironing Roller System allows wrinkle-free recoiling of the foil even at high speeds. Besides these features, the foil rolling mill will also be equipped with energy-efficient fume hoods. In addition to the rolling mill, Achenbach also supplies an Achenbach SUPERSTACK® II Filtration System including a moveable operator platform as well as an Achenbach AIRPURE® Exhaust Air Purification System with expansion option. This most modern rolling mill will allow AL INVEST not only to expand its production capacity, but also ensures high end rolling for newly developed special alloys to improve product sustainability and quality.
