The importance of clear processes is best experienced firsthand: In our process management workshop, our apprentices first folded paper boats without any instructions – resulting in very different outcomes, plenty of chaos, and avoidable mistakes.
Together, we then explored what defines good processes: clear workflows, defined roles, and structured work environments. In the second round, the difference was immediate – more efficient, more structured, and significantly higher in quality.
💡 What made it especially impactful: our apprentices directly applied these insights to their own training, identified processes in their daily work, and understood their importance. This led to concrete ideas for improvement.
