In an intensive workshop, representatives from the areas of management, assembly, production, intralogistics, quality assurance, plant planning and control as well as purchasing jointly set the course for our production strategy for the coming years.
A central focus was on how we can manufacture, pre-assemble and test the core components of our machines even more efficiently and to a higher quality at our Buschhütten site.
In addition to the professional exchange, the focus was also on team spirit - because only together can we successfully master future challenges and make our company strong.
