With the successful commissioning of the Achenbach Smart Plant at the Chiripal Poly Films Limited Foil Plant including two Achenbach OPTIMILL® Foil Rolling Mills, an Achenbach OPTIFOIL® SepaSlit as well as a roll grinder, the production ramp-up gained significant momentum in just a few weeks. ⚙️📈
Only 3 weeks after the first coil was rolled, the combination of Achenbach UniSkill Process Implementation and OPTIMILL optimization efforts have already started to yield results. ✅ A full width 6µm foil was successfully rolled to commercial specification, passing all quality validations without compromise. This marks not just technical success, but a clear demonstration of strong teamwork, aligned processes, and focused execution.🤝
