On a visit to Buschhütten, Hindalco was very pleased with the rolling and slitting equipment during pre-assembly as part of a pioneering project - our long-standing customer had placed a comprehensive order with Achenbach to set up the first bat-tery foil production facility in India, comprising three Achenbach OPTIMILL® Foil Rolling Mills as well as two Achenbach SepaSlit® Foil Slitting Machines, further ac-companying media systems as well as the installation of the Achenbach OPTILINK® System for process data analysis. The equipment convinces not only regarding quality and productivity with innovative technology components, but in terms of sustainability guaranteeing low energy consumption and low emission values.
After final commissioning, the first SepaSlit has been dismantled and is currently setting of on its journey to India. We look forward to the next steps in this special project and to further cooperation with our long-standing customer.
