Even before the turn of the year from 2024 to 2025, we said goodbye to our head of production, Dieter Steger, as he retired.
Our Managing Director @Sebastian Groos would like to express his sincere thanks for the many years of trustful cooperation. He emphasizes his gratitude for the opportunity to have worked with Mr. Steger and underlines how much he personally benefited from his expertise and knowledge.
Leadership at Achenbach means not only management and motivation, but also recognizing the expertise of colleagues. Colleagues like Dieter Steger, who are happy to pass on their knowledge, produce high-quality and forward-looking results both for Achenbach's customers and within the company.
We are now looking forward to working with @Achim Niwar, who has already taken over the management of our production during the transition and will now continue to do so. Together with him, we want to further advance the topics of digitalization in production and quality components “Made in Buschhütten”. In Buschhütten, we produce all components that are crucial for the performance and quality of our Achenbach machines.
