Systematically detecting deviations in real time and reporting them to the person responsible, Achenbach OPTILINK® offers you a toolbox for creating smart alerting rules. One example for a specific implementation is the monitoring of target speed compliance. If the machine speed during rolling is lower than specified by the process engineer for longer than one minute, a WhatsApp message will be sent to your process team.

The team can use this information to check the current production using the LiveView feature of OPTILINK and contact the operator to get feedback regarding the cause of the deviation.
