MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING

Achenbach machines and installations are known for their reliability, speed and precision. This is due to a quality philosophy that demands the highest quality standards for all individual parts as well as inhouse production of all quality and speed influencing components. The close dialog between manufacturing and design, along with feedback from pre-assembly and pre-commissioning to inhouse workshops prior to delivery, ensures the continuous development of Achenbach's product and manufacturing expertise.

Vertical integration ensures maximum quality throughout the production process – from milling to drilling, deep hole drilling, shaping, keyseating, vertical and horizontal turning, grinding and deep hole honing. Achenbach also has the ability to treat pre-cut materials from its own flame cutting machine after welding directly inside its own annealing furnace for mechanical processing.

All manufactured parts are inspected for quality assurance prior to delivery or pre-assembly using modern electronic measurement technology.
