Teleservice

The teleservice is made available by Achenbach above all for process systems such as SUPERSTACK® filters, AIRPURE® exhaust air cleaning systems, for rolling mill automation with various OPTIROLL® i2 systems as well as for foil slitting machines.

  • This concerns on the one hand a short fitness check in connection with a concrete query. Minor malfunctions are eliminated immediately, or tips are given as "help to take matters into ones own hands".
  • In case of serious problems or more complex queries, the teleservice helps on the other hand to isolate the root cause of the problem and to prepare the services on the site.

The teleservice is the fastest way to either eliminate equipment interruptions directly or to prepare the on-site-service most effectively.

  • The equipment problem is directly analysed and diagnosed via modern teleservice installations.
  • At best, the cause analysis leads to prompt instructions for self-help.
  • Otherwise, initial important measures are taken to eliminate the fault and to order spare parts so that the Achenbach service engineer is well prepared for carrying out repair works.
