After longer operating times leakages can result in a contamination of the rolling oil with tramp oils such as bearing oil and hydraulic oil. Moreover, unacceptable conditions of the additive concentration can appear. The rolling oil is regenerated “in house” and fed back into the circulation system in reconditioned quality by means of Achenbach WOR®  rolling oil rectification systems. The Achenbach rolling oil rectification systems are highly profitable. The regular Return on Investment occurs promptly.
