Achenbach, looking back on more than 100 years of experience in apprenticeship, trains you optimally and individually during your apprenticeship.

At present 25 young persons are educated in the following professions:

Commercial apprenticeship:

• Industrial clerk

Technical apprenticeship:

• Industrial mechanic
• Milling machine operator

In the company’s training workshops, respectively in its commercial departments, junior employees are educated with great care. An affiliated school, plant visits and seminar participation complete and deepen the skills acquired in practical training. Ergo, theory and practice complement each other advantageously.

The personnel policy principles of apprenticeship and advanced training are based on working training. They convey motivation, qualification, flexibility and the ability to work in a team. The involvement of young professionals into working processes permits the continuous transition from apprenticeship into professional life and guarantee their high acceptance.

Superior final marks prove the standard of Achenbach’s first-class education. Several times Achenbach trainees have been one of the best of North Rhine-Westphalia and of the Siegen Chamber of Industry and Commerce competition. Thus, not only the individual’s personal skills are appreciated but also confirms Achenbach’s high educational level.

Achenbach is certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for its apprenticeship.
